This is a retired Star Wars Battle Pack from 2018 for MSRP $9.99. I picked this up because I am particularly fond of the Phase 1 clone troopers. I also experimented with MS Paint's sticker & edit features to make the thumbnail for the video. I think I was able to pull off the effect I was going for.
Link to Speed Build:
Part 1: Main Build
The main build consists of mini-LAAT. It's not not quite right but what can you expect from such a small scale? At least with the maroon and lime green, the colors are correct here. The ship includes some very nice trans-clear royal blue pieces for the stud blasters and greebling. There's two represented blasters one the wings in addition to two stud shooters mounted on either side of the pilot's seat. The stud shooters are a bit hard to use when flying the ship around and also make a "face" to me. Pretty disappointing.
Part 2: Mini-fig(s)
Forgot the sad LAAT, the main stars of the show here are the Jedi and clone troopers! And I was very happy with these! The two Jedi are Barris Offee (a personal favorite, even if she ended on a low note in the TV show) and Ki-Adi-Mundi. THe printing on Mundi's head is excellent and the custom head piece represents him excellently. Barris' face printing is detailed, the hood is great, her torso printing is intricate and her soft cape is fantastic. (Hint: I love these two Jedi!) The one down side is that Mundi's light-saber came with an air bubble. That's two defects in two kits in a row! Arrgh!
The two Clone Troopers are identical and both sport the "angry clone", which is...uh...the point? I love the helmets here, very iconic to me! The trooper armor features great printing that add alot of details. Each trooper are equipped with a stud shooter sporting blue studs, instead of the typical red of TOT Troopers.
Part 3: Conclusions
Overall the LAAT is the low point of this kit, but the figures are real treasures to me. Which is the point of Battle Packs, no? The printings here are grate for every figure. I ended buying this on a whim and I'm very pleased with the collection. I'm a bit sad the product is retired. Hopefully with Disney+ reviving the Clone Wars cartoon, 2020 adds more Clone Wars Lego kits.
